I have taken a break from posting to the blog because I wanted to use the energy of the summer solstice to get some clarity on what I have done so far and where it may be best to go from here.
I started the blog on 12 March of this year because that was my 76th birthday and I felt it would be a good time to start preparing my gift to the world. That gift is to write in useful and practical form the best of what I have learned in over 50 years of practicing medicine. Specifically, this is the best of what I have learned that people can do to take charge of their own health, in consultation with their own health professionals if possible, and on their own if necessary.
I now have 45 posts on the blog. Most of these have dealt with the biochemical aspects of great health. A few have addressed the importance of the fulfillment of life purpose to the achievement of great health. I believe that these two aspects are of equal importance and, if combined and used concurrently, are many times more powerful than either one used alone. There is much more that can be said and done in each of these areas and I intend to write about them in more detail and with specific, practical suggestions about how to use them. At this point, however, I think it's helpful to point out that there is another aspect of equal importance with the first two. That is the aspect of the electrical system of the body. I have been working with the body's electrical system for the past year and a half. I have and have found that its addition to the biochemical and the life purpose aspects has taken health and healing to a higher level than I have seen before.
So there you have the three pillars of great health, including great health in tough times. They are biochemical balance, fulfillment of life purpose, and electrical system balance. My decision now, which I hope you will help me make, is whether to return to the biochemical aspects of health and talk about the hidden epidemics that are decimating the health of people in this country. The other option is to open the discussion of how to improve the balance in the body's electric system. If we deal next with the hidden epidemics, I'll probably start with the epidemic of deceit by the big pharmaceutical companies (Big Pharma) that is "corrupting science, misleading doctors and endangering your health." We would then go on to consider the hidden epidemics of hypothyroidism, hypoaderenalism, gluten sensitivity, insulin resistance, and digestive disturbances caused by imbalances of bacteria and yeast in the gut.
If we deal next with the body's electrical system I will be writing about the nature and importance of the electrical system, how to detect and correct specific imbalances in it, and how doing so powerfully improves health and healing..
I don't know how to decide which will be better to do next. Here I need your help. Please comment to the blog about where you would like for us to go next.
